Shipping policy

Where We Ship

Petlix currently ships to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Standard Shipping 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control such as weather events or public holidays.


Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $35
  • Orders under $35: flat rate of $4.99

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at 17track.net or through the carrier's website directly.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update.


Split Shipments

Some orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@petlix.org and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.

Petlix is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petlix.org with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
